New Mexico Children Youth and Families Division (CYFD) Summer Food Program
October 2, 2008
RealTimeSites awarded the contract to automate the CYFD Summer Food Program which automates the
entire process. This involves sponsors (providers of meals and snacks) from around New Mexico
inputting Sponsor Profiles, Budgets, and Claims online. CYFD administrators then review and
reject/approve the various documents and payments are tracked. Work Flow technology developed
at RealTimeSites will be used for this application.
Yes Housing Launches Its New Brand and Website – Developed by RealTimeSites

RealTimeSites finishes a complete re-branding of the non-profit, Yes Housing Inc.
Over the years, Yes Housing has expanded their services and their image was not communicating
that effectively. They contracted RealTimeSites to help modernize their image and provide them
with a high-end website. The project was a huge success.

The New Mexico Children’s Cabinet’s Flash Website Goes Live

The Children’s Cabinet of New Mexico reports on the status of children under the age of 21 in
New Mexico – particularly those in disadvantaged situations. In 2007, they contracted RealTimeSites
to build them a very custom website. There is plenty of flash, video, and a few other bells and whistles.

RealTimeSites Completes V.1 of Major Application for the Navajo Nation: WIND

RealTimeSites completed version 1 of the Woven Information of Navajo Data (WIND) project for the Division of
Community Development at the Navajo Nation in July, 2008. WIND is comprised of three integrated modules
where the 110 communities at the Navajo Nation will inventory and assess their capital needs, identify and
prioritize projects, and prepare funding proposals to submit to funding sources. The application then
authorizes funded projects and then captures all documentation during the construction of the project.

In the category of $5,000,000 and below the awardee is Steve Schroeder of Real Time Sites, Inc. Steve founded the
company in 2000 with four employees. RealTimeSites is a full-service web applications, software development,
e-commerce, and database services provider offering innovative I.T. solutions to the New Mexico market and beyond.
Sales have grown 35% over the last two years. Mr. Schroeder’s leadership is demonstrated by the way that he brought
his company through the dot com collapse. Having been founded in 2000, RealTimeSites was forced to weather the
market collapse in the website business almost as soon as it was founded. This experience provided Mr. Schroeder
with much wisdom that is not available through conventional secondary education, and proved that he was willing to
work incredibly hard to make the company profitable. The company now employs seventeen people.

Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce’s Website Wins Economic Development Award

The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce was the recipient of the 2006 Annual “Eddie” Economic Development
Award for the 200 Technology-Based and Electronic Category for Web Sites promoting Economic Development in
New Mexico. RealTimeSites had just completed the award winning website for the chamber.
